Shipping & Returns

Every Stratella book is printed and shipped from our office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This page explains what shipping costs, when your order leaves us, and how returns and refunds work.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is a flat $7.95 per order within the United States.

When Your Order Ships

  • In-stock books ship within 2 business days of your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • If a book is being printed, its page shows the expected ship date before you order, and we ship by that date.
  • If your order includes books that ship at different times, we ship them together when the last one is ready unless you ask us to split the order.

Delivery

We ship by USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order leaves our office.

If Your Order Is Delayed

If we cannot ship by the date we gave you, we will email you before that date with a new ship date. You can accept the new date or cancel your order for a full refund. If the delay is longer than 30 days and we do not hear back from you, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

Returns

You may return unused books in resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery. Email us at contact@stratellaconsulting.com with your order number and we will send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the book arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Books

Let us know within 14 days of delivery, with a photo if possible. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with within 5 to 10 business days of our receiving your return, or of our approving a damaged-item claim. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the error was ours.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. After it ships, the return policy above applies. See our Terms of Service for the full terms of sale.
