2. Services Description

Stratella Consulting Group provides business consulting services to home services companies, including but not limited to strategic planning, sales optimization, operations improvement, and team development.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
• Transmit any harmful code or malware
• Collect or harvest any information from the website without permission

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Stratella Consulting Group and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Consulting Engagements

Consulting services are governed by separate engagement agreements. These Terms apply to website use; specific service terms will be outlined in your consulting agreement.

6. Book Orders

These terms apply when you buy printed books or book bundles ("Books") from our website.

• Products. Each Book's page describes its contents, format, and price. Books are for training and reference; results depend on how they are applied, and no specific business outcome is guaranteed (see No Guarantees below).
• Pricing and currency. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping of $7.95 per order is added at checkout. Sales tax, if applicable, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
• Payment. Payment is taken at checkout by card through our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your card is charged when you place your order.
• Order acceptance. Your order confirmation email means we have received your order; it does not mean we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a Book is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund you in full.
• Shipping and returns. In-stock Books ship within 2 business days. If a Book is being printed, its page shows the expected ship date before you order. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Our Shipping & Returns policy explains delivery times, delays, returns, and refunds, and forms part of these Terms.
• Cancelling an order. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships by emailing contact@stratellaconsulting.com or calling (561) 769-9996. After your order ships, our return policy applies.
• Bulk and team orders. For orders of more than 10 copies, contact us for pricing and delivery times.
• Use of Book content. Buying a Book gives you the right to use that copy, and a company may give the copies it buys to its own employees. The content is protected by copyright and may not be copied, scanned, shared, or resold without our written permission.

7. No Guarantees

While we strive to provide valuable insights and recommendations, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on many factors including market conditions, implementation, and client execution. Case studies and testimonials represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratella Consulting Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratella Consulting Group and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable consulting agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stratella Consulting Group.
